Delete your Modisoft account 

There might be several reasons why you need to delete your Modisoft account: 

  • You realize you have multiple accounts, and you want to have only one account 
  • You are locked out of your account and have lost access to your authentication methods 
  • You sold your business and no longer need a Modisoft account 
  • You are switching to another provider and no longer need a Modisoft account. 

When you cancel your Modisoft Account, Modisoft will delete all your data including: 

  • Your Name, Phone number, and Address. 
  • Your Modisoft Insights login credentials. 
  • Your login credentials to any of the Modisoft mobile applications (Back Office, Modisoft Point of Sale). 
  • All your sales data for the account. 

If you want to delete your Modisoft account, follow these steps to delete your account: 

  • Send billing@modisoft.com an email requesting to cancel your Modisoft account with a reason for cancellation (Example: Sold business, no longer using etc.) 

The Modisoft Billing department will process the request and once it is finalized, you will no longer have access to your account and all your personal information will be deleted from the Modisoft Database.
