Delete your Royals Liquor account 

There might be several reasons why you need to delete a Royals Liquor account: 

  • You realize you have multiple accounts, and you want to have only one account 
  • You are locked out of your account and have lost access to your authentication methods 
  • You no longer need a Royals Liquor account 

If you delete your account: 

  • We will delete your email address, password, and phone number 
  • You will lose any loyalty dollars earned from any location that provided loyalty to you. 

If you do have access to your authentication methods, follow these steps to delete your account: 

  • Enter your login credentials on the Royals Liquor App  
  • Click the “Login” button. 
  • Click on the Account button on the bottom right corner of the app. 
  • Select “Delete Account” 
  • Click on OK in the pop-up box that asks if you want to Delete your account permanently. 

Follow these steps to delete your account if you do NOT have access to your authentication methods: 

  • On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password” button 
  • Enter the phone number associated with your Royals Liquor Account and click on either “Get Code” or “Call for Code” 
  • Enter the Code provided to you by either the Text Message or the Code from the automated phone call (based on what method was selected above) and press Verify Code. 
  • Create a new password and then click on “Reset Password” 
  • Sign in with your new credentials and follow the steps above for “If you do have access to your authentication methods, follow these steps to delete your account” to delete your account.
